CSA and Rod Sherry are amazing. I have used this company to do several surveys on different properties and they are prompt efficient and professional in every way. Additionally, Rod’s understanding of City and County Procedures and Requirements is invaluable. Working with CSA on big projects saves you time and money. I have grave concerns about the ethical, moral and professional conduct of this company. These concerns are based on a survey they completed in 2006 in which the survey revealed that the house, retaining wall and fence at 210 Craven Street Vallejo, California were on the adjacent property at 212 Craven Street.
