It’s no wonder they have 5 stars. Fit us in for appraisal on a Saturday and when Tom was going to run 15 minutes late Jess was quick to text me in advance of our appointment. On the following Monday morning before office hours when I asked about timing (there was some urgency) Jess was responding before office hours on focusing on getting the report out when she returned on Wednesday. A week sooner than expected. Professional, class acts and very accommodating. Cannot recommend them enough.
