Overall, Cullen Oaks is a great apartment complex. Close to campus, clean, and well kept. If you make the effort to connect with staff, management, and administration, you will have a much better experience than if you were to not. What makes Cullen Oaks enjoyable is the staff — like Taylor, one of the man office staff. Cullen has its ups and downs but problems are mostly because of pricing/area/landlord shit that’s inevitable outside of office staff control. Great people but not the greatest apartments for the price.
Do not live here maintenance is a joke and do not be surprised to see mold growing in the apartment. Just overall a terrible experience.
this place is terrible, management is uncaring and rude. don’t live here unless you have to.
