Stay as far away from 5950 East River road as you can. This apartment complex is a complete joke in itself starting with the crooked building that has all of the window screens that do not fit right allowing bugs into each apartment the washer and dryer never work,maintenance will never fix anything, the cameras here do not work so packages are stolen.,Cars are hit in the lot, often the trash overflows, there is a missing fire extinguisher as well as smoke detector in the hallways that management and Ricky know about. If i could rate zero stars i would horrible management!!! Never fix anything! Allow any and everyone to rent from there properties can’t keep up with if you paid rent or not will try to claim you owe them something when you don’t and have recipes! Horrible horrible nothing is updates it’s old and out dated! Washer and dryers never work! No security none of the cameras work someone hit my car in the parking lot and nothing was done because the cameras don’t work! I would not recommend movingi here!

Cullen homes are very nice apartments, plenty of space and nestled between the missippi river and a 2 lakes, I've lived here for 6 years now
I just moved out of 2732 after living there for almost 2 years, and I just wanted to say that Dianna was a great property manager. The washing machines would sometimes break from overuse, and Dianna was always prompt to fix them as soon as it was reported. She also sent notices to make sure that tenants weren’t dragging garbage bags through the hallways, which I appreciate.
