I used to love this place but I had such a bad experience the other day I have to say it's really changed. Their manager, a big, fat moron named Carl is running things really badly now. It's such a disappointment since I used to go there frequently, it was one of my favorite places in Chelsea market :( Where did they manage to hire such an incompetent person I'll never know!
