My doctor , dr Wakefield is busy, our plan has funneled every culinary union member to the culinary health centers to retain as much business as they can. It's a great business Model only my doctors is too busy to see me. No problem, I'll go to another location across town. Telehealth is not available on first time visits technically it's not a first time visit to the culinary health center, but it is a first time visit to this new location. I went on 9-21-2026. Spoke with Esmeralda( hope thats spelled right). She was so helpful! Helped me with my paper work. Even told the company what happen, why I went to urgent care. Just made the claim easy. I haven't been there in yrs. Just was a good experience. Thank you for being so kind and helpful

Honest review, went here to pay my due but still waited more than 15mins even i was by myself and no other client. All of them just gossiping and talking about non sense . I stood up couple time just to get notice and get called by anybody. Not even short staffed, no other clients but still waited. And im just here to pay my bill but still need to wait. Not mad just disappointed. Paid union dues everytime but the service like this is not union members deserve. Just feel bad for the old folks that cant complain if they waited... read more
