I've sailed for four years in the waters of sixteen countries with the tools, know how and support of the folks at Culinary Convenience. This fixture in the local and global yachting community has been there for me every time I've needed them. Great customer service and a shown stopping inventory. It's a pleasure and education each time I visit the showroom or tap their vast pool of knowledge.
I have been coming here to sharpen my chef knives. What an experience. Aaron (the owner) sharpened them right then and there. While I waited I was offered water and got to play with their dog. My knives are good as new and they told me to proceed with caution using them. They even cut paper with them so they are SHARP! 5 Star service.
A huge shout out to Culinary Convenience and their continued support and commitment to the world of yachting. I have been in this industry for 20 years, after a 7 year stint out on the west coast it is pleasure to again have access to this has outstanding store to find not only what you need but more be it from the interior stewing department or for my fellow chefs. If not in store it will be sourced for you. The continued kindness and professionalism experienced throughout the years speaks volumes!
Horrible customer service from Limor and her husband Aaron. They were very condescending when we couldn't come to terms. Limor likes to raise her voice to show authority lol. I will never consider to do business with them again. Aaron is a yes man to her . She wears the pants. They are very condescending . I will recommend to go to World of Cutlery in Boca Raton.
