I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Puente on April 5, 2023 for July 19, 2023 due to my neurologist is no longer practicing in this field (was a major loss to his patients). Was called today July 13, 2023 to tell me that he will not see me because of the diagnosis referencing "bone spurs" in my neck. NONE of their neurologists will see me because of it. I've been seeing a neurologist for 14yrs for this issue with NO PROBLEMS. Thanks for waiting 1 week out from my appointment to notify me. VERY unprofessional
