I have been going to Dr. Puente since 2015 or so, and it is always worth whatever drive I need to make to go see him! He is a kind, knowledgeable, sensitive doctor who always ensures your information is correct, up to date, and reliable. He cuts no corners and always delivers facts, and answers any question no matter how small or ridiculous it may seem. Not to mention the wonderful staff as well! Had F/U appointment 8/31 with my mom her dementia was informed she has alzheimer. Discussed treatment plan he would call her pharmacist with script that was Monday. Went to CVS Monday around 3:30 to pick up, script nothing @ CVS call office back and was told after round script are called in. Thursday still, no script call Dr. Fuente office Friday was told they would check. How do not send something important as calling in a patient script.
