I had the pleasure of meeting Rodger and Kelvin, the maintenance crew, today. While I was moving in, I had some trouble getting my couch up the stairs; Kelvin quickly offered his help. Shortly after, Rodger came by and helped us out too. Although it was difficult, these two took time out of their day to make sure I was able to get it in. The staff doesn’t care about you
I would not recommend these apartments. My sister moved in last Saturday, and after almost a week, the refrigerator still has not been properly fixed. The management’s “solution” was to unplug the refrigerator every night before going to bed and plug it back in every morning. They keep saying maintenance will come “tomorrow,” but nothing has been resolved. This is unacceptable, especially for a new tenant who should be able to use all of the appliances from day one. Hello all, I've been in this apartment complex before they were even built. I was on the list, and I'm the first and only one in my apartment. The initial management was very unsatisfactory to say that in the kindest words I can...
