Have taken Marvin, our dog and Annie, our cat, to this office. The women at the front are very polite and sincere and the medical staff are kind and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and busy! I assume they are busy because people love their animals and want to take them to a place with people that love animals too. I've not one complaint for this clinic. We'll keep taken our animals there!
I had wonderful experiences at this clinic until my animals saw Dr. Amy Warren. She made the death of my sweet dog even more terrible than it already was (for my dog and for my family). She is very vindictive and uncaring. Please, do not take your animals to her if you want any level of respect, sensitivity, or understanding. I cannot stress enough how much pain she has caused my family in such an already difficult time. Please request Dr. Cynthia instead. She is wonderful.
Most of the vets here are very kind and knowledgeable, but Amy Warren should not be allowed to practice veterinary medicine. She is heartless. It would take to long to describe our experiences with her, but avoid her at all costs if you use this clinic.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
