Exceptional Care and Professionalism - I recently visited Dr. Vernon Palmisano at Primary Care Plus in Slidell, LA and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Do Not Go Here! I had a horrible experience. I took time off from work for this appointment. I was told to fill out paperwork and after waiting in the lobby. The receptionist ask what time did I arrive? I told her and she said it's after my appointment time and I can't be seen today. I was in the lobby waiting the whole time. Spoke with Mr. Diabetes the Clinic manager, he was no help at all. Waste trip to see Dr. J Hebert. I don't nor recommend this place.
Fast friendly professional service from wonderful Dr's and nurses. I recommend everyone go to primary care for all their health care needs.
I visited Dr Reiser-Parmenter today for my annual visit and she was kind, thorough, patient, and amazing bed side manners. I was really comfortable with her. She asked many questions and wanted to make sure all basis were covered. I also want to commend her Nurse V. Who exhibited professionalism, and concern. I have to also include the front desk staff who is very accommodating and timely. Thanks team!! Brandie Reeves
