Do Not Go Here! I had a horrible experience. I took time off from work for this appointment. I was told to fill out paperwork and after waiting in the lobby. The receptionist ask what time did I arrive? I told her and she said it's after my appointment time and I can't be seen today. I was in the lobby waiting the whole time. Spoke with Mr. Diabetes the Clinic manager, he was no help at all. Waste trip to see Dr. J Hebert. I don't nor recommend this place.
Fast friendly professional service from wonderful Dr's and nurses. I recommend everyone go to primary care for all their health care needs.
I visited Dr Reiser-Parmenter today for my annual visit and she was kind, thorough, patient, and amazing bed side manners. I was really comfortable with her. She asked many questions and wanted to make sure all basis were covered. I also want to commend her Nurse V. Who exhibited professionalism, and concern. I have to also include the front desk staff who is very accommodating and timely. Thanks team!! Brandie Reeves
Dr. Culasso is the best doctor ever. He "hits the nail on the head" first time, every time. Unlike other doctors who can't figure out what is ailing you the first time, or second, or third! He is very warm and caring and always made me feel like I was his only patient. BUT, the answering service is the worst. Trying to make an appointment over the phone is next to impossible, and if you leave a message, no one calls you back. I think the service does not deliver messages to the staff.
