I would give them zero stars if I could my light bills was 400 hundred dollars a month I had no ac no oven no heat and when I called them they couldn't give me any explanation of why but after that my light bills went to 78 dollars never explained to me why it was so high before then and never had any explanation of why it went down so much never said anything they just wanted to make sure they were paid which they were I think their ripping everyone off myself

edit: i’ve called them multiple times on three separate days at this point, and each call has gone unanswered. i’m a new customer, and am trying to set my account up. i’ve tried calling again and again, but they continuously hang up before they even answer my call. i have a question that would literally only take five minutes to answer. i’ve heard from many people that they are really hard to work with and that they’re horrible with communication. so far, i’m unimpressed and would not recommend them.

I really hope they shut this place down ASAP!!! I called about the power outage and spoke with a rep named Roman I was asking questions and he was laughing I asked to speak with a supervisor Angela was her name she also has a smart remarks this company is trash and overpriced
