edit: i’ve called them multiple times on three separate days at this point, and each call has gone unanswered. i’m a new customer, and am trying to set my account up. i’ve tried calling again and again, but they continuously hang up before they even answer my call. i have a question that would literally only take five minutes to answer. i’ve heard from many people that they are really hard to work with and that they’re horrible with communication. so far, i’m unimpressed and would not recommend them.
I really hope they shut this place down ASAP!!! I called about the power outage and spoke with a rep named Roman I was asking questions and he was laughing I asked to speak with a supervisor Angela was her name she also has a smart remarks this company is trash and overpriced
Told me I owed 2600 to even turn my electric on when I had never had a account with them and tried to get me to pay the previous tenants bill
They charge way to much for electric service charging $28-$30 a day for a 2,200 sq ft home is insane
