I am completely convinced this cuisinart company is ran by completely useless people who don't care enough about their jobs enough to actually help people who truly need it. 6 calls now, numerous emails and no repsonses from anyone after numerous conversations about something so simple. You've have an entire set of pots I've paid for and will not ship them to me. Since August!! Good thing I Iive close to the head quarter, because now I'm coming...
I made an order on Dec 07, 2025 but not received goods after more than a month despite my several contacts by email and call. No any email/ sms to update delivery status also. Unacceptable service.
