What a joke. I filled out the webform for warranty on a pot. No reply after a week. I called, and after getting that stupid repeatative message every 30 SECONDS that I could choose to press 1 for a call back and keep my place in line. They called me 5.5 HOURS LATER! I was in bed as I work midnights. Called again right at 9am. I selected a call back and got one very fast this time. I explained I sent in the webform over a week ago. Wow, when you look at all these negative reviews, you wonder who is running this company. I am completely convinced this cuisinart company is ran by completely useless people who don't care enough about their jobs enough to actually help people who truly need it. 6 calls now, numerous emails and no repsonses from anyone after numerous conversations about something so simple. You've have an entire set of pots I've paid for and will not ship them to me. Since August!! Good thing I Iive close to the head quarter, because now I'm coming...
I made an order on Dec 07, 2025 but not received goods after more than a month despite my several contacts by email and call. No any email/ sms to update delivery status also. Unacceptable service.
