I purchased a Cuisinart toaster (SOHO CPT-7 series 2-slice toaster) several months ago and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately it stopped working quite suddenly recent. My first reaction was negative.. but it turns out that Cuisinart Canada has excellent customer service! A replacement order was completed promptly and politely, and all I had to do was send a photo of the disabled toaster (with electrical cord cut) to initiate the replacement. This company needs to urgently evaluate the head of customer service. Appalling and totally unprofessional service during warranty claims. Elementary school kids could run a better customer service function than Conair and Cuisinart. The warranty is worthless when you factor in having the deal with the people standing behind it. Never again will I buy anything from Conair businesses.
I was able to purchase this product through my air miles app as I was using my air miles points. It was shipped promptly and for free. This is a great product and I use it often. It’s easy to use and to clean. Prefer this brand over the keurig milk frother.
Terrible customer service, do not buy directly from the Cuisinart website, but from their Amazon store instead, unlike every other e-commerce company they do not arrange for return shipping.
Honestly pretty disappointed in the service I recieved. There seems to be a really long wait time to speak to a representative over the phone 3+ hours. When you email them there is still a long wait, so far 5 days. My problem: I need a replacement gear for my mixer. Looking for a company that works alongside Cuisinart to do repairs.
