Just as other reviews stated, customer service and warranty does not exist. I bought their stainless steel skillet and found a dent on it. Filed a request to the customer service, not hearing anything back for 10 days already. I will not recommend this brand.
Word of warning, unless you're absolutely forced to, do not buy from Cuisinart. Especially replacement parts. I ordered a replacement bowl for my food processor. This was July 29th. We are Aug 17th and the only email I received was on July 30, saying my order is processing. Then, crickets. I've emailed, sent a request for support, and called. Nothing. When you're on hold, the automated system will ask you for a call back every 30 seconds. You have to keep pressing 2 to keep waiting. I finally gave up after 30 min and asked f... read more
Very good products but hopeless customer service. For 3 days, I kept phoning customer service and wanted to speak to somebody but to no avail and gave up trying. One keeps getting message to leave your number and you'll be called back but this never happened. You cannot get to talk to someone and it's disappointing for Cuisinart Canada to rely solely on automated voice messages.
