What a joke. I filled out the webform for warranty on a pot. No reply after a week. I called, and after getting that stupid repeatative message every 30 SECONDS that I could choose to press 1 for a call back and keep my place in line. They called me 5.5 HOURS LATER! Wow, when you look at all these negative reviews, you wonder who is running this company. I am completely convinced this cuisinart company is ran by completely useless people who don't care enough about their jobs enough to actually help people who truly need it. 6 calls now, numerous emails and no repsonses from anyone after numerous conversations about something so simple.
