A friend told us how authentic and delicious this was. We made it there at 5:25 pm (they close at 6 pm) and we were barely greeted. When I asked for a panini we were told they weren't doing anymore cooking today because they had to clean and get ready for tomorrow. It's not great customer service to worry about tomorrow when you've got people standing in front of you today. It surely wasn't our intention when we informed you that the kitchen no longer serves food at that time of the evening. Your review has helped me understand a bit more the occasional confusion to the public of why we are open until 6 but only cook until 4:30...let me explain.
