Good place Excellent experience and very fast service. The staff is polite, helpful, and highly professional.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in taking advantage of people than helping them. I felt discriminated against because English is not my first language. The process was confusing, the explanations were unclear, and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
I am extremely disappointed with the service my client received. My client does not speak English fluently, but nowhere in the qualifications or requirements does it state that a person must be fluent in English to receive services. My client even had a translator available to help communicate and ensure all information was understood.
