Love the office staff and doctors. I have had no issues with service. I get a friendly reminder of my appointment and they are flexible to a point. I really love the place.
HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not go. They spray some kind of air disinfectant while the patients are in the room. The staff is rude and you can tell the doctor does not care about his practice. If refereed do not go. Booking an appointment is hard and you’ll usually wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment before being seen. They make you pay 150 dollars to fill out forms and they don’t take a lot of insurances and it’s probably due to their quality of service. Regret going here.
The level of unprofessionalism in this office is insane. Dr Festus wasn’t a bad doctor to my son who is 7 years old but the black lady he has at the front is so unprofessional she doesn’t even deserve a job at Jack in The Box. She is so rude it’s disgusting. I called to ask what insurances they take and she said she doesn’t know. I asked if she could ask someone since the business doesn’t have an actual website and I was put on hold then hung up on. I went to this place on 12-5-2022.I brought everything I needed.I ask for the medicine that worked for me from My previous doctar Dr. Gudrip Buttar on Belaire Street.I waited 2 almost 3 years because of the scare about meds.Anyway I was treated very rude.I ask for the meds I was on previously.2 different kind of medicine.They said they can not write any Narcotics.Also they was gonna see me and charge up my insurance and a copay.What has the world come too????Dont go here!!!!They scared to death to practice medicine.Gonna be ... read more
