Horrible service. Long repair time which was even prolonged by several flubs on a simple scratch repair, first over-baking one side and turning my bumper yellow, 2nd is overpainting the body. And yet he calls himself "professional" car painter. Very poor communication, I was the one calling for updates and the only time he called was to tell me he won't finish the job as promise at 4pm on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I needed some repair on my front bumper. I went and got an estimate that I couldn't pass up. Ralph ordered the parts for my car, had it painted and ready for install in no time. I came in and hung out with Pauline while Ralph installed the new bumper. After a couple of hours, I was back on the road with a new bumper and car looking good once again. Ralph did an awesome job. Money well spent!!!
