* BEWARE * After 2 1/2 years of living there (no complaints, always paid on time) I was billed extensively for normal wear and tear on the way out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really enjoy living here. Kelly is very professional and also very kind. I also greatly appreciate the work that Gabe and Gilbert do here. Anytime something goes wrong at the apartment these guys do an excellent job fixing whatever the issue is. Not only is their work quality, but they are also very prompt in responding to work orders. I am so grateful for this staff and for the hard work that they do to make this a great place to live.
I've lived here since August of '17. They've been great since the first impression. They care about the tenants and extremely personable. Of all apartments I've stayed at, this is the only one that has remembered my name. It's a great developing location. I'll be renewing my lease soon.
I love living here! I wish month to month was available once you have finished a one year term without increasing your rent. However I have renewed twice now and continue to enjoy our living space. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure maintenance is taken care of. The new management has had events for the residents and continues to make me happy to live here.

Horrendous apt. Terrible customer service. Dogs off lease everywhere and dog poop everywhere. Also, watch out because they lied about pricing with us and we ended up paying several hundred more than they told us when I initially signed and transferred to month to month. They are always late to the office. Our freezer goes on and off and we have had to continually watch it.
