Eric did a great job helping us quickly sell our home. The reason why we chose Eric was not just his knowledge of the market, he also had builders experience which we thought would be helpful if there were any unexpected issues that came up through the process. As I turned out we needed a structural fix after the inspection and Eric had a contractor over to the house in 24 hrs getting it fixed
