A couple of weeks ago, We had a teeth cleaning appt. The Hygienist who's name is Sarah was rude, disrespectful and non-empathetic. She was in a hurry and even hyper ventilating when the patient would squint or nod alittle from being poked and prodded from her pic as the hygienist knew part of the reason the patient was there also was to see a dentist because she was having tooth sensitivity from a procedure a few weeks before. Quick response to emergency repairs
I’ve been a patient for 30 years at CDA, recently they cancelled an appointment I had set up 6 months ago. They told me they were expanding their hours. I asked why my 6pm appointment was being cancelled and I was told they are no longer open until 7pm. You can’t say you are expanding hours and then cut hours. Bryan, I am sorry to hear that you feel disrespected from Cudahy Dental changing it's hours. We did expand our hours. We added additional hours earlier in the day (7am) and eliminated staying open until 7pm. The demand from our patients was greater for the earlier hours. We had hundreds and hundreds of patients that needed to be rescheduled as a result of the pandemic since we were basically closed for 2 months. Great dental care. I had my first implant done by Dr. Jumes and it was painless and I love my new tooth! Also, his assistant Matt was very helpful!
My husband woke up with a toothache yest am by noon his jaw was numb I called for an appt and they told me aug 8 ,July 27 with a different dentist treatment not guaranteed today his cheek is now swollen jaw still numb and tooth hurts still can’t get in til fri oh and did I mention he’s had bilateral shoulder replacements and needs to be on any prior to treatments? Yes I did!
Dr Melcher did an awesome job on my 5th crown! But after 25 years I would t go anywhere else. All the staff do an excellent job and provide outstanding customer service!!!
