Perfect chicken spot. Hard to find the entrance, but worth looking for.
Coming in from Denver and second time in Durango visiting some family. After my second trip here I’m happy to say dinner Cuckoo’s will be the norm for every trip after. Patrick was our server today and he was awesome, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu. Their Thai Chili sauce is my favorite wing sauce I’ve ever had, would definitely recommend giving it a try. The wings are huge and well worth the price for 6. Thank you again for the great dinner!
Great dinner experience here. Ordered the half fried chicken dinner. It came with a side and I chose mashed potatoes and my boyfriend had mashed potatoes woth gravy. Generous portions an chicken was hot, fresh and moist. Excellent service by Mark who anticipated our needs and made us feel welcome.
My family was in the mood for chicken for our first dinner in Durango on summer vacation, and the menu online looked great. The food did not disappoint, hot and delicious. Our server Patrick did a great job explaining many of the sauces so we could decide which ones to order with our wings. Great atmosphere, no loud music and a warm decor. I don't know if/when my family may travel to Durango again, but we would definitely eat here again.
Never disappoints. This is my favorite chicken restaurant hands down.Even when I’m traveling I prefer cuckoos to most chicken joints. Perhaps it’s the nice crispy crust or the super tender, juicy inside - whatever they do I cannot replicate it at home! I always have great service even tho I take out more times than not. Cuckoos is the BEST!!!!
