We have some battery operated roller blinds, suppled by Cuchi and Somfy. The process of battery charging has been difficult and dangerous, given the problems associated with connecting the small charging points. I alerted Christian at Cuchi to this and I am sure he took up the problem with Somfy. Somfy came up with a safe and easy methodology for charging, which I am delighted with. New parts were supplied and installed by Cuchi. Well done Christian. A great result.

The layout of the windows in our home presents some problems when it comes to the installation of window coverings. Cuchi were the third people to consider the job. Firstly we received a visit from Lisa for the initial measure and quote. This was followed by a visit from Paul for a check of the initial measurements. Finally Paul did the final installation. We are very happy with the result and in future will make Cuchi our first port of call for any similar work.
