Today was the hottest day of the year, so of course; the air conditioning quits. We called Cucco’s and we explained to ***** what we thought the issue might be. She told me she would call right back after she consulted with a technician and in a few minutes, she did. She explained that they may not be able to get out today (it was already 3:30) and if the bedroom would remain cool enough for the night. Have been a customer for 6 years and now cannot even get a phone call returned. Been having an ongoing problem with air handler they installed filling up drain pan to near point of overflow. They quoted me price to install new drain pain but my gut kept telling me the pan was not the problem. After 6 weeks of not even getting a simple phone call returned I call another AC guy. **** came out and charged our system. 2 months later system is low again due to an accident by roofers. He came out, charged system and gave me a quote to replace my 14 year old system. Quick service, reasonable prices for work done.
