We have been renting for over a year. We needed something out of our unit today and the unit will not unlock. We have called several times and no response. Considering the price of these units you would expect better service. Would not recommend
My husband and I rented 2 units, one on one side of the facility and one on the other side, for a short 2 months as we were selling and moving to a new home. One of the units I have no complaints about, everything was perfect! The other unit on the other hand became infested with roaches within less than a month after finding the first one. When I first saw them I contacted the facility immediately in which they told me "the entire building has been sprayed so you shouldn't see them any longer".
