Excellent customer service. Connie called me shortly after I rented the space online. She welcomed me and ran me through all the particulars. We were able to take advantage of using the FREE moving van to bring our stuff to our storage unit. Connie was having a minor glitch with the software at the register and she handled it like a pro, keeping us in the loop and making us a priority. I think that both women are very nice people and very friendly. They went out Of their way to explain every detail of the units and I would definitely recommend keep smart.
