I really enjoyed talking to John when renting my unit. I have never used CubeSmart but I have no complaints so far. The office and units were very clean. John again was very nice and informative. He gave great advice and provided details on stuff I forgot about. I feel like my business and my personal property are protected here.

Even though he was ten minutes from clocking out, he waited for me to arrive and walked me through the whole process with genuine patience and professionalism. The hallways, units, and bathrooms are always spotless, and their pest control is truly top-tier. If you need storage, choose this CubeSmart—John and the team consistently go above and beyond.
I had issues with getting into my storage after hours. The customer service was great, very friendly and willing to help out. The manager at the storage facility was able to assist me over the phone with getting into my storage and was very informative. The storage itself was very neat and clean. I did everything online and I give CubeSmart in Rosharon, Tx a 10/10. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone in need of a storage.
