Big shoutout to Justin who was a great help especially traveling so far! He made the process smooth and helped beyond it!
Whoever was working today was incredibly rude. Insisted that we hadn’t paid when it said on the paper in his hand that we paid already. When you’re dealing with people who are already stressed out from moving it’s not great to have to argue with your customer about paying for something they already paid for. We also had a summer special discount from Penske’s website that apparently needed a triple a card too even though it really doesn’t state that until you look at the receipt. Recently went on to the Davenport, FL. location and worked with Justin to get a storage unit and a Penske truck set up. Justin was amazing, helping every step of the way and beyond. He even had recommendations for things in the local area, as we've just moved here. Amazing and outstanding customer service!
