Michelle, the manager at this CubeSmart location, is a huge asset to them. She is accessible, thoughtful, thorough, and very helpfully detail-oriented, as well as being willing to go that extra step (or mile) that can make a positive difference in the often stressful experience of moving and storage. While I can’t say I’m a fan of CubeSmart’s rental rates, working with Michelle has been a uniformly positive experience. And CubeSmart has improved the facility in a number of ways.
