Dotty was SO friendly and helpful throughout our process. She took the time to show us the size of the units and to let us know if we needed anything. Highly recommend this storage unit, the process was so simple and easy and a great price!
The staff is great to work with and the place is clean
Poor services. I signed up online. Set a move in date which I was asked online when I am moving in. Was billed for one week I was not even at the unit. At a time when you are moving. Packing a house. Setting up a Uhaul truck. Getting help to move you may miss things. Would had thought the company would make me happy and give me that week back. Nope they want the money. Which to me is very poor. Elicia was amazing. She made everything so easy. This is my 3rd time renting here and the units are clean and well lit.
