Poor services. I signed up online. Set a move in date which I was asked online when I am moving in. Was billed for one week I was not even at the unit. At a time when you are moving. Packing a house. Setting up a Uhaul truck. Getting help to move you may miss things. Would had thought the company would make me happy and give me that week back. Nope they want the money. Which to me is very poor. The process is super streamlined. Very easy and convenient to work with. I signed up online, was given a unit, and everything required to get into the unit including a lock was waiting for me along with a welcome package inside the unit. It was clean, air conditioned, and easily accessible via elevator and the provided flatbed push carts. I highly highly recommend. The staff and manager Dottie are amazing!
