Came in looking to verify sizes for storage and walked out with a unit thanks to Vin. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating he answered all my questions and just went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Vin has some the best customer service I have ever experienced and honestly the sole reason I chose not to keep shopping around and just stick with cube smart.
Dottie and Vin were very, very helpful and friendly. The place inside and out is very clean.

Vin the store manager was absolutely incredible. If he’s not the store manager, he should be. It’s a busy Monday morning, he heard the urgency in my voice and he gave me a phone call back asap. He was understanding, went above and beyond, and had outstanding customer service. Vin, thank you for saving the day!!! You rock!
Vin is great! He helped up with 2 storage units. There was a slight issue with the account at first but everything was resolved better than expected. The storage facility is also very clean and the Kernan location is safe and centrally located.
