Staff friendly and helpful.
My opinion changed during my move out day when I succumbed to dehydration. Cubesmart seems to have raised what temperature it considers to be called “air conditioning.” The temperature outside the units is 80 degrees therefore the temperature inside without moving air gets higher. Also there is only one water fountain in the building areas. I fell in my unit. I my managed to get to the elevator but while filling my water bottle I fainted. The GM at this location is amazing. Her name is Elisa and she was a Godsend for us. We had a terrible situation happen where we became displaced, and she was a light during our storm and helped us get a storage unit to store all of our belongings and was all around the most positive person when we needed it most.
☆☆☆☆ I had a horrible and degrading experience at the CubeSmart on Washington Ave. I was denied access to my unit on June 3 without warning. The next day, I was told my unit was terminated due to a supposed “odor and bugs,” which I later confirmed myself were completely untrue. I was given only two days to vacate, and a notice was taped to a wall, not even properly delivered.
