5/8/2025 Love the facility and the front desk agent who helped me! Shay was an absolute delight to talk to! I also love the security surrounding the building, I am at ease with my things in that storage unit! 11/18/2025 Update: Everything i said about the lady who helped me is true but now I am updating my review to 1 star. I acquired this storage unit back in May and so far. I saw that my price has risen twice!! In 5 months!!! I went from paying 115 to 130 to now 146 in a 5 months time frame! Victor is an all-star employee. He took expert care of us. Five stars are not enough.
updating my original review, unit was broken in to, lock was drilled out, of course the security didn't pick up who or when, was told i would be followed back up with when they had time to look more at the video and never heard back.
Victor was awesome. Helped my Grandma with her access code.
