Patricia is amazing! Not particularly happy about the security. One would reasonably assume that the doors to the interior spaces are locked each night. That is not the case, and you're not told about that.
I’ve had a great experience with this self-storage. Big shoutout to William for going above and beyond! He called me on a Saturday after someone found my storage key since I’d accidentally left it open. A few days later, he made sure everything was still there and okay. Super helpful and caring. Thanks William!
The staff here is phenomenal & super accommodating to me. They’re always willing to help and do it with a smile. I’m at my storage unit fairly frequently because of my job and it’s always a pleasure to see the office staff. The new GM William is always offering to help me carry boxes, which is above and beyond. 5 stars!
