Best customer service in the business! Extremely fair pricing! Outstanding facilities!
There were no carts in the area when we arrived. People were running businesses and hoarding the carts. Looked like a girl was living out of there. The water was turned off and all restrooms were out of order. The girl in office did not tell us we needed a code to get in storage area.
Shantel was amazing!! She helped us through the whole process and was so efficient and knowledgeable!!! The reason for the three stars is that your company won’t let the staff that is in front of you help with the online pricing! You want everyone to go through the online portal? So we sat in our car and reserved the unit - BUT there are still questions that have to be answered if the portal can not. Should not be penalized for walking in the door! :(
Love love loved this storage unit facility! Easy to get in and out of (even with being on the 3rd floor), always well taken care of, always had flat bed carts available for easy transport. Only left because I wanted one closer to our new please, still CubeSmart though!!
