Online experience was easy and Steph was very nice on chat answering my questions. Also, the office called to say welcome and to answer any questions. That was a pleasant experience.
Nice clean facility. Staff changes frequently and rates increase appropriately every 6 months.
I canceled my unit within 20 days of renting it. I never stepped foot in the unit, so I honestly can't rate the units. I canceled because of the customer service representative. I had 3 dealings with her prior to canceling. She was rude, unhelpful and flat out lied. I asked if the insurance was "mandatory" to which she replied "yes." Yet after reading the contract it specifically said " insurance is not mandatory." I told her I knew nothing about storage units. So I purchased the key she said I "had" to purchase.
