It was extremely easy. Very clean and cool. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Booked a unit by calling the 1-800 number and the transaction was painless. I asked for a unit close to the one I had but I was told the change could be made at the location. The manager wanted an additional $16/mo to be next to my existing unit. Said it was the location. There were several units available but they wanted more for them. Glad I will only be there a month. Facility is clean and new. Local staff was very helpful. But the manager could use some customer service training

The unit was very clean. Very convenient. The person in the office was very helpful. Had never rented one here before. She came and showed us where the unit was and how to use the lock. She was so helpful and pleasant.
