Gentleman at the front desk very helpful and thorough about procedures he’s etc , he even walked me to my storage prior to renting so I could assure it was what I needed

I’m listing this review after first signs up to rent some space. Maria was the agent who walked me through the process, showed me the various rooms and explained the terms and conditions and how to access the facility. She did a great job. I was very comfortable with her presentation and I look forward to a very positive experience here at CubeSmart. I hope they won’t raise the price
I like the unit had it since the pandemic but my only 2 issues is the light timing triggering so quickly have to have movement constantly in the hallway and the price going up every year which I do not understand
