Maria was super super sweet. Very patient and professional. She took the time to explain hours of operation. Showed me where my storage unit was and the easiest way to get to it. Upon move in she check to see if everything was ok. Only downside is you have to get out the car to put password in main get. Cubesmart let customers download password use their phone instead.
An update (8/2025): moved & wanted a storage locker closer to where I moved to. I informed Maria in front office and she was very helpful explaining what was needed to close account here. The nightmare occurred when the elevator that I needed was out of order and my locker was on the 3rd floor, right near that elevator. Maria mentioned the elevator would be repaired within 7 - 10 days, & I became very stressed. 3 or 4 days later, to my pleasant surprise, Maria called me to inform me that the elevator has been repaired .
