Bad experience, bad service. I'm still waiting a call from customer service representative cause the Key or password for the gate didn't worked.
Shay was helpful and patient, since this is the first time I’ve rented storage space. After choosing a small space the paperwork was easy and quick. The building was very clean and comfortable!! Whether we keep our boxes there short term or long term, time will tell if we like it.
