Fanci was amazing! She was kind and patient and extremely responsive. I had so much going on and she stood with me the whole time and gave me great advice to make sure everything worked out for me the way I needed it. She even called me on my way in because I was running behind like a crazy person and help me accountable knowing I had so much going on and she made sure my transition was quick and easy and exactly what I needed!!!
Fanci went the extra mile and helped me get the unit that I needed. Excellent customer service!
