I had 2 units with them and had to close 1. They made the process simple and easy! Would for sure rent from them again, and still do have a unit with them. As they have made things easy to communicate and no hassle. Love it!
I got the keys to my unit today & Jurnee was so so helpful. I originally rented the 5x10 but after seeing it, I knew I needed a larger one. So she took the time to show me a 10x10 to make sure I liked it & the size, and then got me switched over to that one so quickly. It was such a pleasant first day experience - and I am so thankful!
