Journey and her staff did a great job getting me the right size (and conveniently) located unit
Was with the storage facility before Extra Space took over. I have seen my share of storage facilitiea in the area. I have never encoutered a situation where a manager wanted to help me out before a rate increase. Journee is a gem, i always see her cleaning when I stop by and taking care of customers. She went out of her way to help me out with that increase. If your in need of storage in this area, i would recommend this place on her hospitality alone. Thanks Journee!! You saved me a buck abd likely a move
