I was in need of a storage unit unexpectedly due to water intrusion issues in my home. The woman who assisted me was very helpful, kind and incredibly understanding of my situation. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and have enjoyed seeing a friendly face as I've been moving items into the unit over the past few weeks.
Do not use Cube (at least at this location) if you are making a big move (I.e. with a large moving truck and professional movers) or if you are planning to stay there long-term. My units were on the 4th floor and the elevator situation is awful. You’re not allowed to prop open the doors, so an 8-digit code is required every single time you want to get in AND every time you go up the elevator. It was easy to move my things in. The woman was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
I received amazing service and any problem I’ve had has been dealt with in a professional manner.
Staff was very nice and professional!
