Pros: safe area of town and well lit and safe in parking garage and inside, nice staff, carts are usually available Cons: expensive (this was $68/mo years ago, under the last company. Cubesmart came in and immediately doubled it to $120/mo. It's now around $200/mo. Insane. Also, half the time I go and need a staff member, they aren't there. There's a sign saying they'll be back in 20 or 30 mins. It's never the same time. Wonderful spot to be in for storage! I came early and when I did I thought the place was closed, called the other official number turns out it's only one person on the weekend and his name is Adam. Rather than being upset with me, he was amazing, helped me with all my questions and even showed me around before I bought a space. Please come, Adam is worth it and willing to help!
