When it was needed the most this place came through for me on a place to store my belongings!! Not just that but it was all contactless and also rather late on a Thursday nite as well...not to mention the little surprise bag that was in the unit with the lock so they do go above and beyond!! Recommend to anyone and everyone!! Amazing business!! Thankyou again!!
Nick was my customer service at the 3026 S Country Club branch, very polite and helpful and thorough. I needed to switch to a larger unit and he completed the transaction in no time. He also provided the courtesy of finding a larger unit as close as possible to my existing unit allowing me to dolly my contents instead of having to load them in my truck transport to the other side of the complex. Ya don't get courtesy like that very often. 5 stars! Richard R
I have two units because I’m Moving and it was pretty easy getting one close to my previous unit. The first agent was rude and told me to call back the property because they were closed. I called the second time and was thankfully helped by an agent who not only gave me prices but I booked it and called in the morning to get one close to unit then paid for it all online.
