While the process to rent a storage unit is pretty easy doing it right online and you can move in immediately- it is best that you do it this way so that you don't have to interact with staff, although I heard the store manager Kim is nice. As of 09/08/2025 I have had a very negative interaction with the GM of this facility where I had to get the PD involved. The store Manager Jesus is very helpful and solution oriented. He listens and tries his best to accommodate requests. The staff is always polite.
Storage was easy, on site staff was very helpful and I felt very secure with my belongings being stored at the facility. Conditions were always clean and safe- and I had easy access to the unit whenever I needed. The only thing that wasn’t great was the ladder to get to my unit- but the staff on sight helped me maneuver it and get my belongings in and out safely.
While the process to rent a storage unit is pretty easy doing it right online and you can move in immediately without having to speak to anybody in the office this makes it very appealing. The less interactions I need to have the better.
Fabulous service and attention from Amy. Move in went smoothly. Facility clean and dry.
