Great service, polite staff.
I've been using numerous cubesmarts for a couple of years and just had NUMEROUS rooms broken into and took huge losses. Cubesmart will tell you that it's secure because they don't have 24-hour access. Yet the thieves were there during those hours for hours without any type of security to prevent. No alarms. No sensors. Minimal cameras with no one monitoring. There is no security. A week and still waiting for a call from the district manager. Poor personnel leads to poor protection.
