Jesus was very helpful getting me set up with a third unit, explained the charges clearly and was friendly, highly recommend working with him and this location
It's a very clean facility. I like the access hours. Jesús at the front desk has offered first class support on a few occasions; really above and beyond. Recently I had some issues remembering my code and he preemptively came out to help me which i thought was really nice. He was also thorough with info/ID before I got my PIN which is reassuring. It's a clean facility. I like the hours. Jesús at the front desk has offered first class support on a few occasions; really above and beyond. That said, they really jack the rates up after those first few months (the only reason I'm docking a star) . I think we're almost 3 years in and I'm paying $200 more the last i checkered (10x12). I'll have to double check but it's more than we were expecting, that's for sure (even though we had a 5x8 in nyc for awhile, this was even more accelerated).
