Prime storage gave me no problems, it was an easy process. Kimberly helped me out with my storage unit, where to find it and how to input the code to get access into the building. She was very helpful and kind. I would recommend and use Prime Storage services again in the future also this location is very clean
Do NOT rent a storage unit in this facility unless you want bugs living in your belongings. We rented a small unit for my daughter to store some of her things near her school before she came home for the summer. Upon clearing out the unit on Saturday August 22nd we found bugs all over the unit and inside of some of her things. See the pictures I’ve attached.
