The facility and management are fantastic. The facility is the nicest I’ve ever seen for a storage facility. My movers were amazed at how five and clean it is. My issue is that a month or so after starting payments, I received notice of a rate increase. I called and they delayed the increase by a couple of months but told me the rate usually increases a few months in. Seems sneaky. My bad for not confirming how long the rat was guaranteed for. I’d give 5 stars if it were not for the rate issue.
Kimberly was awesome help to me getting my storage unit! I feel like my belongings will be safe and protected. Would recommend to a friend.

I would just like to give a big thanks to the assistant manager David over at Prime Storage in Providence on DuPont Drive. I had an issue with my account and have been going through it for a few months until David worked with me on the issue and it was resolved. A big thank you David for going above and beyond and seeing me all the way through this. I appreciate you.
I cannot recommend Prime Storage enough! The facility and the units were large and clean. Parking was ample. David was incredible and so helpful; he made the move-out paperwork easy and quick, which was helpful.
