Amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to get my unit ready even though it wasn't even her store she worked across the street at the other cubesmartv
We’ve had two units at the Cubesmart at 4070 E 29th street in Tucson for several years now. John in the office is always very friendly, and helpful if we have a problem. Recently there have been issues with not being able to lock the door to one of the units. The hasp won’t slide all the way over to the right, so you can’t insert the shackle into the hole and lock the unit. John wasnt available, but Lupita, who works at the Cubesmart located a couple of blocks down the street, drove over on her golfcart and showed us how to ... read more
I can gladly say thank you to John and Melanie for working with me. They went above and beyond what is expected. They worked with me and were nice about it. Did not make me feel bad. I wish more people were like them... Great customer service!!!
