We got a good price on RV storage. The facility is a privately run firm whose owner was sidelined due to illness, so it's being run by the Cube Smart staff across the street. So, customer service is a little stretched. Nonetheless, the customer service person did the check-in paperwork efficiently, and was helpful as could be. I'll let you know the complete experience once we've been renting for awhile.
John was a friend of my dad's and after he passed he helped me out a lot and I appreciate him for that and hope he has a speedy recovery..evone* is very understanding and empathetic and I enjoy her conversation..the only thing I don't like is how easy it is for people to break into others property.

Great place with the district manager was great
John is very thorough, helpful, and charming. The property was very clean with ample drive thru space. My unit was clean. The lock bar was a bit of a challenge but I overcame in the end.
