Chuck was so personable and helpful. He was there to make sure we got through the gate well when the moving truck arrived. He also quickly responded to making sure the garage door was greased so that it easily opened. From the first phone call he was polite, professional, and directly answered all my questions. He made sure I understood all the steps through the rental process. You have an exceptional representative in Chuck.
Very clean, presentable, and safe, I can sleep at night knowing that my stuff is in a safe and highly secure place. Under very good Management, always there to help with any concerns.
Chuck is a great manager, always watching over things. Used an inside and an outside unit for several months. Clean, well maintained and felt safe. Definitely recommend.
I forgot the gentleman who is the manager there helped me went above and beyond. He even opened 15 minutes early cuz he noticed me outside. I really appreciate that, especially since I've been traveling all night and needed to get my stuff in storage immediately so that I can start working a timely manner.
