The building itself is nice and clean. However BEWARE the rent increases. Around February (after being in the unit for less than a year) I received notice that my rent would be jumping from $157/mo to $192/mo —almost a 25% increase. I refused to pay that so I downsized to a smaller unit. Now a few months into the smaller unit I received another notice for yet ANOTHER ~25% increase.
