Had the pleasure of coming across Jodie at the CubeSmart on butler street while looking for storage, and I just want to say it was a pleasure meeting someone so patient, courteous, and empathic. She took the time to listen to my needs and wants and provided me with options to get exactly what I was looking for. I can say great customer service is rare nowadays but Jodie went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.
