What wonderful customer service. Everyone was super nice when we checked in, showed us our unit, and made sure we had everything we needed.

At first, I really loved this facility, but then I realized that the one loading bay is always occupied. Then they jacked up the rent on a room by 25% I had. I closed that room and went on line to get a larger room with free promotional month which I didn’t get initially on the smaller room. So I signed up for a larger unit online and I got a free month and now I get a bill for 2 months. they didn’t honor the free month.
