I had a lot of issues during my time at CubeSmart, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. After six months, I discovered mouse droppings all over my belongings. I was under the impression that the facility would be vermin-free, but that was clearly not the case. Now, I’m concerned about what I might be bringing into my home. I’ve had a storage unit here before, for years, and never experienced this problem (I had gotten one when this location just opened). The rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
Cubesmart is way too expensive. I do not receive any additional services or enhancements to justify the constant rent increases.
