The facility is very clean as are the storage unit. Staff is great. My only issue is the price. I started it think with approx $65 a month, and now a few months later about $105 for a 5x5. I went there because it was close to me. Cancelling it today. Getting a different unit in north Arlington, $17 for 4x4 or 5x5 with 9 month introductory rate. A family member has a unit there and it's almost as nice as clifton.

Very clean storage unit. Super friendly staff. Jennifer was very nice and professional. She informed us of everything and was very helpful. We happened to bump onto other customers who were renting additional storage units and they confirmed that they were also extremely happy with the service at this facility.

Saleswoman was very helpful and informative. Easy access to elevator from your vehicle. Nice clean building and units. Would recommend.

Kudos to Mgr. Jennifer and Asst. Mgr. Kim! They are two very nice and very professional people - in how they do their jobs, as well as fine representatives of the company! I kindly ask the Smart Stop supervisor (of these two employees) to recognize them for what they do! Thank you!
