Ease of use and friendly helpful staff
The representative that I meet with was the reason I chose cube smart , professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clear, and precise !
Rented a 10' x 20' unit only to find out my trailer was 2" too tall to fit through the unit opening. Went to office to advise Melissa. It was not a problem...Melissa issued me a refund and directed me to the new Cube Smart location on Chiquita in Cape Coral which had taller door openings. I can't say enough good things about Melissa and how she handled this issue. I highly recommend this Cube Smart location and Melissa - she is a true professional and was a pleasure to deal with.
Once again Cube Smart does not fail. Phillip is friendly, professional and very pleasant to do business with. She took the time to make sure I received the best possible price available. Great job Phillis, keep up the outstanding work. Thank you.
