The representative was very nice and informative
Paid for unit that was supposed to be 150 a month, then they jacked up the price to 190. Do not rent here if you can help it.
I recently moved from one storage company to Cube Smart. I was very pleased with the new Cube Smart in Bolingbrook. I spoke with Chez who was there to give me a walk through and show me the different spaces he had. Chez was very nice and polite and helpful and guaranteed me that I would love my space. I was very very pleased on how bright and clean it was to walk into the storage areas. I really like the price I'm paying for my storage unit it saved me 150.00. Chaz was very helpful at the Bolingbrook East location. He was very attentive to my needs and really listened. I specifically loved that he invited me to take a tour, it was very helpful for me while getting acquainted with the new site. I’m coming over from a different CubeSmart Bolingbrook West, as the storage facility’s elevator has been out of commission for at least three weeks or more which was too much of an inconvenience as I go quite often. Thanks for Chaz he was very professional and hands on.
