Great customer service by Tia
This place is wildly inconvenient for the renter. Not only are the entrance doors to carry things up tiny but they have the nerve to block the throughway (entrance) with these huge beams that make it difficult when you are moving big items in and out. Also, they only open their doors during business hours on weekdays when most of us are at work and by the time you get out, compounded with traffic, you barely have time to move anything out. outside of the new business hours being extremely inconvenient to someone who goes to school & works. there is now rodents inside the facility. i’m not able to go as often as i need to because of the hours but i finally made it there the other day & saw dropping all in my unit and along the hallways. this will be my last month here.
I’ve been a member for 2+ years now and I could say I’m being taken care of with any issue or problem by Kimberly. Anytime I had an issue small or big, she lead her staff to bring me the best answer and even caring for you on a personal level. THANK YOU KIM AND KEEP BEING GREAT
