I had a great experience with Cube Self Storage. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. When I opened my unit, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome bag with a free lock and a set of keys — such a thoughtful touch! I very rarely leave reviews unless an establishment is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. CubeSmart use to be very nice a few years ago, now it is absolutely horrible. I agree with one of the other one star reviews. There are frequently homeless people sitting outside up against the building near the entrance gate, empty food containers on the ground, garbage dumped outside of the side entrance, the place is filthy inside, and there are no utility carts available to move your items.
