I will be contacting Cubesmart Corporate office to report the lazy and cheap owner of this place. Allowing rodents to take over the facility and then making change to hours where people work during day and can't access unit after the new hours cutback. No access on Sunday is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Just the sell the place. People you should not rent at this place unless you want a headache. It's not worth it Your generic answer of you will look into it is pathetic. Just look into the mirror that's the issue.

I have been a cube smart customer for over 10 years because of customer service and being able to access my unit. As of lately there has been new hours and unfortunately the new hours are not convenient for working people. I’m very upset about it. IM paying a decent amount in store rent and can’t access my unit after 5pm and no longer on a Sunday when I’m not working. This facility is disgusting. Trash everywhere. Outside and inside. Its swept into piles and then left in the floor. Trash is just dumped outside the facility anywhere. Looks like a trash dump. Management does not care about the upkeep of this facility AT ALL. Its smells bad. There are really shady people hanging around outside. People wait outside of the doors until someone walks in and then they go inside. Terrible. This is not even the worst part of my experience. The hours are HORRIBLE!!
