The outside is super dirty, and it smells like pee. When we went in there weren’t any carts we had to do multiple trips. Customer service is amazing though they are very good at communicating and making sure I was called and told everything!
Spectacular customer service! I was having problems with my auto payments for the last few months, causing my payment not to go through, and therefore was late.The issue was with the bank and not CubeSmart but that didn't stop Amanda from taking care of me! Every time I call, Amanda is incredibly patient and helpful. She quickly remedies the problem and suggests how to avoid the issue in the future. She is a gem that should be treasured by her employers, I know us customers sure do!
I have been emailing and calling to resolve the billing issue for almost a month. When I called, they confirmed the issue would be fixed. However, there has still been no resolution and no response to the multiple emails I’ve sent. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
